CV Studio AI
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026. These Terms govern the use of CV Studio AI, an online service for creating, analyzing and tailoring CVs to specific job offers with AI assistance.
1. Operator and contact
- Service operator: Dawid Przerwa
- Registered address: Dawid Przerwa ul. Modrzewskiego 4/26, 86-300 Grudziadz, Polska
- Registration/tax number: nie dotyczy
- Country: Polska
- Contact email: support@cvstudioai.com
The user may contact the operator in matters relating to the service, payments, credits, complaints, account deletion or personal data.
2. Definitions
- Service: the CV Studio AI web application and related pages, accounts, forms and API functions.
- User: a person using the service, with or without a registered account.
- Account: a registered user profile that allows saving generated CVs, managing credits and accessing account features.
- Credits: virtual units assigned to an account and used to request full CV generation.
- Generated CV: text, preview, PDF or other result created by the service on the basis of user-provided data.
- AI provider: an external model provider used to analyze data and generate or improve CV content.
3. Service description
The service helps users create, improve and tailor CVs to job offers. It may read CVs from text, files, photos and screenshots, import job-offer content from a link or file, calculate an advisory ATS score, suggest missing keywords and generate a PDF-ready CV.
By default, the generated CV follows the language selected in the website interface, unless the user changes the CV language using available options.
4. Technical requirements
The service requires an internet connection, a current web browser with JavaScript enabled, support for cookies/browser storage and access to email for account verification or password reset. Some functions may require file upload capability and PDF support.
5. Account rules
- Full use of the service requires an account, email verification and acceptance of the required consents.
- The user must provide accurate registration data and keep login credentials confidential.
- The user is responsible for activity performed through the account unless unauthorized access resulted from the operator's fault.
- The operator may temporarily limit account access if there is a justified suspicion of abuse, security risk, payment fraud or violation of these Terms.
6. Trial preview
The service may provide a limited trial preview without an account. The trial preview may contain a watermark, incomplete ATS information, limited editing and no PDF download or saving. The operator may limit the number of trial generations from one browser, device, IP address or similar technical identifier.
7. Credits and payments
- One full tailored CV generation uses one credit unless the service clearly states otherwise before generation.
- Credit packages, prices and included credit amounts are displayed in the service before the user proceeds to payment.
- Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout or another indicated payment provider.
- Credits are assigned to the account after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
- Credits are not electronic money, are not a bank account balance and cannot be exchanged for cash outside refunds required by law or granted by the operator.
- If payment succeeds but credits are not assigned, the user should contact support with the account email and payment date.
8. Digital service delivery and withdrawal
A consumer generally has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies. For unused credit packages, withdrawal requests should be sent to the contact email and should include the account email and payment details.
Before being redirected to Stripe, the user accepts the purchase terms. In a confirmation separate from the Terms, the user expressly agrees to immediate access to the credits and acknowledges the possible limitation of the right of withdrawal for a fully performed service. After payment, the order details and exact declarations are sent by email on a durable medium.
If the user requests immediate generation of a CV or other digital content before the withdrawal period expires, the service may begin performance immediately. To the extent required by consumer law, the user may lose the right to withdraw from the part of the contract already performed only after the statutory requirements are met.
This section does not limit statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
How to withdraw
Send an unequivocal statement to support@cvstudioai.com. You may use the model below, but you do not have to. Please include the account email and Stripe order identifier from the purchase confirmation where possible.

9. User content and legality
- The user may upload or paste only content they are allowed to use and process.
- The user is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of CV data, job-offer content, photos and files.
- The user must not upload malicious files, unlawful content, third-party confidential data without authorization, or data that violates rights of others.
- The service is designed to improve wording and matching, not to invent false qualifications, job titles, certificates, skills or achievements.
10. AI results and ATS analysis
AI output, ATS score, keyword analysis and recommendations are advisory. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee recruitment success, interview invitations, employment or any employer decision. The user should review and correct the final CV before sending it to a recruiter or employer.
11. Retention and account deletion
Generated CVs saved in the account history are stored for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted. The user may delete the account from the account panel. Account deletion removes active account data, candidate profile, saved CVs, reset tokens, email codes and consent records, except data that must be retained due to law, payment/accounting obligations or claim protection.
12. Prohibited use
- Bypassing credit limits, payment mechanisms, rate limits or security features.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, infrastructure or databases.
- Automated abuse of forms, scraping, spam, denial-of-service actions or mass account creation.
- Using the service to create misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.
- Reverse engineering, copying or commercially exploiting the service in a way that infringes the operator's rights.
13. Intellectual property
The service interface, software, brand, templates, layouts and original materials belong to the operator or relevant licensors. The user keeps rights to data they provide and may use the generated CV for personal recruitment purposes. The user must not remove service notices, copy the service or use it to build a competing service without authorization.
14. Availability and changes
The operator aims to keep the service available, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, provider outages, security incidents, payment-provider issues or force majeure. The operator may change features, limits, prices, providers or technical requirements, provided that statutory consumer rights and already acquired rights are respected.
15. Complaints
Complaints about the service, generated CVs, credits or payments should be sent to the contact email. A complaint should include the account email, issue description, date of the event and, if applicable, payment/session details. The operator should respond within 14 days unless a longer period is justified by the complexity of the matter.
16. Liability
The operator is liable to consumers as required by mandatory law. In all other cases, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for recruitment outcomes, employer decisions, inaccurate user data, failure to review AI output, user misuse, external provider outages or damage resulting from unlawful user content.
17. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy available in the service. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace privacy consents where separate consent is legally required.
18. Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated due to service development, legal changes, provider changes, security reasons or business model changes. Registered users should be informed about material changes in a reasonable way. If the user does not accept material changes, they may stop using the service and delete the account.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence where such protection applies. Disputes may be handled by competent common courts or through available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution methods.
